Taroyaki warrants its cookware against defects in materials, construction, or workmanship under normal household use and in accordance with our care instructions.
Cookware: 3 years from the original date of purchase
Accessories: 1 year from the original date of purchase
This warranty applies to products purchased new from Taroyaki or an authorized Taroyaki retailer and is limited to the original purchaser or original gift recipient. Valid proof of purchase is required.
Warranty Service
If your TAROYAKI product has a manufacturing defect, please contact support@taroyaki.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video.
If your claim is approved, Taroyaki will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component. If the original product is no longer available, we may provide a comparable replacement.
Any repaired or replaced product remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear;

Scratches, stains, dents, discoloration, or other cosmetic changes that do not affect the function of the cookware;

Normal carbon steel changes, including seasoning, patina, darkening, or uneven coloration;

Surface rust or oxidation resulting from moisture, improper drying, storage, or care;

Food sticking or changes in seasoning performance;

Damage or warping caused by overheating, thermal shock, or improper use;

Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, maintenance, or storage;

Commercial or other non-household use; or
-
Use that does not follow Taroyaki's product and care instructions.
Carbon steel naturally develops seasoning, patina, and color changes with use. These changes are part of the normal cooking experience and are not considered manufacturing defects.
If only one component of a product is defective, Taroyaki may repair or replace only the affected component.
